These GTC contain the general terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as “GTC”) for the use of the website http://www.tarsasjatekvac.hu operated by Ciritas Ferro KFT (2600 Vác, Március 15 tér 16-18. fsz 14.), phone: (+36 27) 421-849, email: info@tarsasjatekvac.hu under the name of “Remetebarlang fantasy”) and for the use of the services of Ciritas Ferro KFT.
This document is concluded in electronic form only and does not refer to a code of conduct. We are available at the contact details provided in case of any questions regarding the operation of the website, ordering and delivery.

- Scope of Terms of Use
The present General Terms and Conditions define the rights and obligations of the parties with regard to the use of the tarsasjatekvac.hu website and all contractual relations within the scope of the services available on it, as well as the circumstances related to the use of other services. These Terms and Conditions apply to all Users.
Issues not regulated in these GTC and the interpretation of these GTC shall be governed by Hungarian law, in particular with regard to Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code (Civil Code), Act CVIII of 2001 on certain issues of electronic commerce services and information society services and the relevant provisions of the Grt. The binding provisions of the relevant legislation shall apply to the parties without any specific stipulation.
These GTC. 2020. It shall enter into force on 1 October 2004 and shall remain in force until repealed.
By registering on www.tarsasjatekvac.hu, Users acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. They are aware of the terms and conditions of the order and the performance. They are aware of the possibilities and limitations of the Internet, in particular with regard to technical performance and possible errors.
If the registration form is filled in incorrectly or incompletely, the registration is invalid. The Seller shall not be liable in any way for any resulting misperformance.
The GTC may be amended by Ciritas Ferro LTD.
I. Provisions concerning the use of the www.tarsasjatekvac.hu website
A purchase from the webshop on tarsasjatekvac.hu is considered an online purchase.
Internet purchases are distance contracts within the meaning of Government Decree 17/1999 (II.5.), i.e. the contract is concluded in the absence of the simultaneous presence of the Merchant and the Consumer. The Consumer orders the selected product virtually, by clicking with the mouse or by e-mail, in the Internet shop (also known as webshop, online shop, e-shop) operated by the Seller (the service provider). The virtual shopping process includes pre-registration, browsing the catalogue of goods displayed on the website, selecting and adding products to the shopping basket, updating and deleting the contents of the basket, selecting the terms of delivery and fulfilment, paying at the checkout, placing the order and receiving confirmation of the order from the service provider.
Ciritas Ferro LTD reserves the right to modify the content of the www.tarsasjatekvac.hu website or to terminate its availability at any time, subject to the terms and conditions of these GTC.
Ciritas Ferro LTD. does not guarantee that access to the www.tarsasjatekvac.hu website will be uninterrupted. Ciritas Ferro KFT. is not liable for any damage resulting from the access due to the hosting provider’s unforeseeable errors or from possible malfunctions.

Registration on the site is a condition for shopping in the online shop.
1. The products displayed can be ordered at the headquarters of Ciritas Ferro Ltd. and online. The prices displayed for the products include VAT as required by law, but do not include delivery charges.
2. In the webshop, Ciritas Ferro KFT. will provide detailed information about the name and description of the product.
3. How to order
3.1. The User can collect the products in the webshop by adding them to the Shopping Cart, and then click on the Shopping Cart to navigate through the purchase and payment process. The contents of the Cart can be modified at any time until finalised by the User.
3.2. The order and its confirmation shall be deemed to have been received by the Seller or the User at the time when it is made available to the latter. Ciritas Ferro Ltd. excludes its responsibility for confirmation if the confirmation is not received in time because the User has entered an incorrect e-mail address during registration or because the storage space of the account is full and cannot receive messages. After the confirmation, the order becomes official and can be fulfilled or received by the chosen payment and delivery method.
If the User has chosen bank transfer as the method of payment, the Seller will send the User the invoice of the order (which includes the purchase price of the ordered goods and the delivery costs) before the transfer, on the basis of which the Seller can make the payment of the total amount to the specified account number. In the event of non-payment of the invoice, the Seller shall be discharged from his obligation to perform.
3.3. In the event of any error or omission in the products or prices on the website, the Seller reserves the right to correct the same. In such a case, the Buyer will be informed of the new information as soon as the error is detected or amended. The Buyer may then confirm the order once more or either party may withdraw from the contract (see point 4).
3.4. Orders are processed Thursday to Sunday, between 10 am and 8 pm every day. It is possible to place an order outside the times indicated as order processing times, but if the order is placed after working hours, it will be processed the following day.
3.5. The general time limit is 3 working days from the date of confirmation or, in the case of bank transfer, from the date of receipt of the money.
3.6. If the User does not pay the invoice sent within 10 working days from the date of confirmation of the User’s order, the Seller is released from its obligation to provide the service (in the case of pre-orders, this is 10 working days from the date of publication).
4. Withdrawal from the purchase
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase after the order has been placed, but before the invoice sent has been paid. In this case, the withdrawal shall be free of charge for the Customer. The cancellation may be notified by e-mail or in person, indicating the exact details of the order (order number, name and address of the customer).
The Customer may withdraw from the purchase within 14 working days of receipt of the goods without giving any reason in accordance with EU §83/2011. In this case, the Seller is obliged to refund the amount paid by the Buyer immediately after the return of the goods, but no later than within thirty days, provided that the purchased product, its packaging and accessories are returned undamaged and complete to the premises of Ciritas Ferro KFT.
The Buyer shall bear the costs incurred for the return of the goods due to the exercise of the right of withdrawal. The Seller may claim compensation for any damage resulting from improper use of the goods.
