After ordering and paying for the product, we will carefully assemble your parcel and dispatch it to the requested delivery service. You can currently choose from Foxpost, MPL and UPS. Once we have dispatched your package, the delivery company will handle your order and they will notify you of the status of your package. You also have the option of requesting a store pickup, in which case you can pick it up at our store during business hours.

Our products are supplied to us by reliable suppliers. All our products come to us in their original factory packaging and unopened, so you can buy them in the same condition.

For a consignment sale, there are specific conditions to be met, which our shop does not invest any effort in, and may lead to warranty inconveniences in the long run, so our shop does not accept consignments.

In principle, they cannot be combined, but when a promotion is announced in our shop, the website will show the basic, discount and club membership prices. This way, you will be able to see immediately what can be combined and what cannot. If it’s still not clear, check our shop.

The clubroom is not a game rental but a table rental system. In addition, you are free to bring in any game you wish to use, in which case you will be charged the table rental fee.

In the shop you will find wargame landmarks, playmats, which you just need to bring your army to play.

We cannot provide board games for hire.

Parking is possible in the underground car park for HUF 300 per hour, and there is also surface parking nearby after 18:00 on weekdays, after 12:00 on Saturdays and free of charge on Sundays. Surface parking costs 400 ft per hour (code 2600 for mobile parking).
